Women’s Ministry has an exciting and ambitious year planned for the women of our church and community. We provide opportunities for women to get connected, study God’s Word, and encourage each other in their walk with Christ. We were all given gifts by God and we want to explore how God will use us to have purposeful lives in Him. New to Women’s Bible Study this year is the Creative Outreach Ministry….

CREATIVE OUTREACH MINISTRY:

Once a month we will be holding an event at the church for the women in our surrounding communities offering a wide variety of creative activities, speakers, outreach opportunities, games, and refreshments all based on a Biblical theme with a party-like atmosphere. We look forward to bringing the generations together for fellowship and outreach. We welcome all women and encourage you to bring a friend!  Contact: Kathy Van Vliet (595-3242) for Creative Outreach Events

What are we studying?

“Discover John” – The Word Became Flesh, a Faith Alive Christian Resources.

The gospel of John is a personal account of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection as told by one of his closest disciples. John declares that Jesus is the Word of God who holds all things together, became a human being “in the flesh” to free us from sin, and fulfills all God’s promises to his people and for the whole world.

Jesus is the promised Messiah foretold in the Hebrew Scriptures, and all who believe in him as Savior are forgiven of sin and given new life forever with God. He is the light of the world, the gateway to heaven, the great healer and provider of all our needs, the good shepherd who lays down his life for his sheep, only to pick it up again. As you follow Jesus with John throughout this study of the Savior’s life and teaching, we pray that you too may grow to become one of Jesus’ disciples.

Note: No previous Bible knowledge is required or expected.  There are class groups for all levels and interests.
