CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 

Women’s Bible Study: There are two meeting opportunities:

Monday evenings will kick-off on Sept. 18 at 7pm.

Tuesday mornings will start Sept.19 at 10am

with our ‘Living Like a “Son” Flower’ kick-off event. There is childcare (infant-3yrs) and Story Hour (3-5yrs) on Tues. mornings.

Call Laura Leusink (838-1730) for evening study or Norma Dole (599-4482) for morning study with any questions.

Coming up on September 24th, Pastor Patrick will be preaching his assigned sermon at Almond Valley CRC. In order to support him, we will be canceling our evening service on that day and encouraging the congregation to attend there.

 

 

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Priceless Treasures Thrift Shop would like to say thank you for your support.  Donations are pouring in – so much so, that we need to put a hold on some items: please omit giving us books and stuffed animals until further notice. Also, please bag loose clothing before placing them in the donation bin.  Lastly, please consider volunteering with us. We especially need a few strong men to help with off-loading the trailer on Wed. mornings, 7:45 to 9:00am.  Contact Julie Condrin @ 209-579-5513.

Friendship Club of Ripon invites you to consider joining us for the ‘new year’ beginning September 26. Friendship Club is for all adults, and we are especially welcoming to those who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. New members are welcome at any time. New mentors are desired for this year, adults of any age who would like to offer friendship and godly guidance in a small group or one-to-one setting.
